Reviving my blog

Finally i managed to retrieve my blog and here i am testing out by blogging my first post after few years. Miss those times i used to blog regularly. Here i am sitting at office on a dull friday, as the office seems dead and i am also feeling kinda dead.

blog on national day

well taking about national day the first thing which comes to my mind is our national flas because its during the national day season will you see most of the blocks having national day flags hanged outside their parapet wall. well the last time i went for the national day parade was when i was in primary 5. i did not get the chance to go after that because i did not get the tickets though i applied for it but nevertheless i always make it a point to watch the parade through the live telecast but i should there is a huge difference in watching it on tv and watching it live. i still remember the time i watched it live with my all my friends beside me and all of us holding the mini flags waving it so enthusiastically. the pride you feel of being a singaporean when everyone in the whole stadium say the pledge together and sing our national anthem. the spirit of a united singapore despite your race and religion. all this feelings will be lacking when u see it on television. the best part of the parade which is the fireworks will also be missed when you watch it on tv. the beautiful fireworks which light up the sky in different colours and which look like shooting stars when they are falling are really excellent and you will have no words to describe it when you are watching it live. the national day songs are also one of the best part of the national day parade. the songs are very nice and when everyone sings it together you get the feeling of everyone being a one big family.

One of the important things to which most people look forward to are the fun packs which are given out on the day. This fun pack contains lots of goodies and other stuff. Usually there will be those snacks inside which is very thoughtful of the people to include them inside as the audiences usually come in the afternoon and stay all the way till the parade finishes so when they feel hungry at least they have something to eat. The other thing in the fun pack is the thing which is so called a hand fan which u can use to wave to show your support for those who are performing. they come in different shapes every year. I know one of the years it was a finger shaped one which came in different colours which were used to make the clapping sound. Besides the various things in the bag lets talk about the bag. The bags which are given every year are really very useful. The good thing about it is all ages and gender can use it. The bags also come in different colours and some people will usually look forward to getting that specific colour which they like. Though the fun packs are like a souvenir I also think it brings back memories. Some of them collect these bags and even keep it like a collection. Overall
i really miss these experiences and things which are part of the national day. i am looking forward for another time when i will get the tickets and will get to experience all these feelings live once again.so as the theme for this years parade says lets come together for Ndp09! and before i forget i wish singapore a very Happy birthday!

i am feeling very vexed for the past few days. the reason is because second sem has started with a new class new modules and new facilitators. i dont really like this class and the people.most of them are very stuck up and show attitude. the reason is because my class consists of alot of 4 pointers but come on la even if you are a 4 pointer bt you attitude sucks who will want you when you go out to work next time. i mean we are not asking you for help or whatsoever jus saying a hi or talking wont kill you right. haiz there is no use talking about people who are like that its born with them and nothing can change them.i miss my old class so much. there were also alot of clever people in my old class but they were never like that.they were so friendly and so helpful and we were so united as a class. but this class is like so dead no one talks to one another much and those who know the stuff keep it to themself. Frankly speaking i feel that i have digged my own grave as this was not my choice but i took this cos i wanted to get a dip no matte what. since i accepted what was given to me i am gonna make sure i make it through this. well i have struggled to swim across the ocean and i am halfway through another half and i will soon see the shore.i believe i can make it and i will. So now since i have poured everything out i feel much better and i am gonna do what i say fight for it!
